Being functional means learning new movements through complex physical experiences. Functional Training involves strenght, flexibility and balance. All exercises are performed in a simple way, targetted at preventing injuries and strengthening joints. Similarly to Cross Fit, it’s a circuit training where exercises with TRX, weights, bands and obstacles are mixed.
